We offer delivery across the UK, including England, Scotland, and Wales. Please note that we currently do not ship to Northern Ireland.
Our trusted delivery partners, DPD and DHL, ensure fast and secure delivery within 2 working days from the order processing date. We prioritize high-quality packaging to keep your products fresh and safe during transit.
How Do I Order, and When Will My Order Arrive?
•Orders placed Monday – Saturday (before 11:30 AM): Delivered the next day (~24 hours).
•Orders placed after 11:30 AM (Monday – Saturday): Delivered within 48 hours.
•Orders placed after 11:30 AM on Saturday or on Sunday: Delivered on Tuesday.
Delivery Prices (UK Mainland):
•Orders between £1 – £29.99: £13 delivery fee
•Orders over £30: Free delivery!
There is no minimum order for delivery.

Items are missing from my order
If an item is out of stock during processing, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement. If any items are missing from your order by mistake, please let us know, and we will promptly issue a refund for the missing items. Our customer service team is here to ensure your order is complete and accurate.
I received damaged products; what should I do?
Please take photos of the damaged items, including packaging, and email them to us at office@solihullrawpetfoods.co.uk along with your order number.
Can I add items to an already placed order?
Yes! Contact us by phone or email. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can add items.
I’m having trouble placing an order
